LOCAL PICKUP

FREE Local Pickup is available upon request Tuesday, Thursdays and Sundays 12pm-5pm. An email will be sent with our location and when your order is ready for pickup.

CANADA WIDE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 5-7days (Monday-Friday) using Canada Post. Orders without shipping is $5 to deliver Canada wide without tracking with additional fees if tracking is requested.

All orders over $50 are free in shipping throughout Canada using Canada Post without tracking.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Order cancellation must be reported within 1 hour of placing the order (unless it has been shipped). Your order number must be in the body of your e-mail request in order for us to successfully process the cancellation.

RETURNS

We only accept returns if the items have not been opened/and used within 14 days of receiving our Mini+Me Hair Tea. We do not accept returns on products that have been opened/and used as our products are for personal use and we do not resell items that have been out of our supervision.
